Mark Witt is a Managing Director of Pearlmark, with responsibility for debt investment origination and asset management activities in the Eastern half of the U.S. He is also a member of Pearlmark's Investment Committee for debt. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. Witt worked for MONY Realty Capital and Travelers Group in various origination and asset management capacities.

Mr. Witt earned a BBA from Western Michigan University and a MBA from DePaul University in Chicago. Mr. Witt is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and International Council of Shopping Centers, and an associate member of the Urban Land Institute.
