Michael O’Malley is a Managing Director of Pearlmark, and head of asset and portfolio management for the firm’s equity real estate investments. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. O’Malley served as Senior Vice President with Hudson Advisors, the asset management arm of Lone Star Funds, with responsibility for overseeing value-add real estate investments across the U.S. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. O’Malley served as Director in various real estate investment and asset management roles with ORIX Capital Markets in Chicago and Dallas.

Mr. O’Malley earned his BA in History from the University of Dayton and earned his MS in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
