Mike Raczka is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Controller of Pearlmark, with responsibility for financial reporting and analysis for the firm's equity investment programs, as well as performance reporting activities. Mr. Raczka is also an active member of the firm's due diligence team for all new equity and debt investments.

Mr. Raczka earned a BBA from the University of Iowa and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
