Rich Dougherty is an Associate of Pearlmark, with responsibility for analyzing new equity and mezzanine debt real estate investment opportunities and providing asset and portfolio management support for existing investments. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. Dougherty worked for Regency Centers in Underwriting and Due Diligence for east coast developments and acquisitions. Prior to Regency Centers, Mr. Dougherty worked in various Finance and Real Estate roles for an international retailer.

Mr. Dougherty earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.
