Rob Kolinsky is a Vice President of Pearlmark with responsibility for asset and portfolio management. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Mr. Kolinsky served as Asset Manager at The Scion Group, the largest U.S. private owner/operator of student housing. Before Scion, Mr. Kolinsky served in various real estate investment, asset management, and capital markets roles.

Mr. Kolinsky earned a BS in Finance and a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign.
